In relation to the transfer of the Guthi director's successor, unless otherwise provided in the articles of incorporation, after the death of the Guthi director, his eldest son, son-in-law or daughter will get the position of Guthi director based on the order of priority and if there is none of them, his rightful successor will get the position of Guthi director.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the person who is a Guthi operator is not qualified to be a Guthi operator, his guardian or a person who takes care of him shall fulfill the obligations of the Guthi operator on his behalf during the period when such person is ineligible.
(3) Except as otherwise provided in the articles of incorporation, if it is arranged that the children of a person shall be the owners of the hut, to the extent of their respective rights, the descendants of such person shall receive the position of the owners of the hut, and in such a case, the provisions of section 326 shall not be applicable.
